Dr. Blossom Kochhar

Dr. Blossom Kochhar is the founder of The Blossom Kochhar Group of Companies. Within the beauty industry. Dr. Kochhar is considered a pioneer as she has been practicing and researching the science of ‘Aromatherapy and Herbalism’, well over 25 years.

An icon of the hair and beauty industry, Dr. Blossom Kochhar holds high-ranking positions in several organizations. She is the President, Organisation Mondiale Coiffure (OMC)-Paris, Inter Coiffure-India and National Hair Dressers Association (NHBA). She is also the Education Director at Blossom Kochhar College of Creative Arts and Design (BKCCAD).

Dr.H R Nagendra is the President of Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samathana (VYASA) and also the Chancellor of Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana University (S-VYASA University).

Dr. H R Nagendra, is widely recognized across the world as Yoga Guru. . Dr. H R Nagendra recived his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore in 1968. Later served as faculty of IISc in Department of Mechanical Engineering. Served as Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the University of British Columbia, Canada in 1969. Apart from this, Currently Dr H R Nagendra is the Chairman, IDY (Internal national Day of Yoga) Experts Committee, Task force of AYUSH (Ministry of Health &Family Welfare), SAC of CCRY (CENTRAL COUNCIL FOR RESEARCH IN YOGA AND NATUROPATHY), Government of India.

Technically, she attained her education in Beauty, Make-up, Hairstyling, Massage, Ayurveda, Alternative Medicine like Herbalism, Aromatherapy, Spa Therapy, Lomi Lomi, Chinese Medicine and Acupressure.

Mrs. Smita Deo is the founder of BLAZE BEAUTY SPA AND ACADEMY, Pune. Chairperson of ABTC(I), have been a part of the Beauty & Wellness industry for 35+ years. Mrs. Smita Deo have been associated with CIDESCO international and taught over 200 students who now have their own schools across India. She has represented her school Blaze Beauty for CIDESCO Congress nearly in 15 countries. She is a President of Lions Club, Pune (The World’s Largest NGO). She is also a part of the Aastha foundation that works for the welfare of Vitiligo affected people where she teaches camouflage make-up.

Born in a prestigious business family, Mr. Ravi Mittal had an innate spirit of enterprise. After his initial education in India, he went to UK for his Masters and graduated with flying colours in 1997. Mr. Vinayak Gawande is backed by over 30 years of experience in the taxation, law and finance industry. He has been a Whole-Time Director at Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Limited since 2003. Spreading fitness in over 70 cities, he believes in a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the full spectrum of health.

Ms. Vaishali Shah

An Alumni of SNDT-SVT and Nirmala Niketan college (one of most reputed college in Mumbai) she completed her graduation with specialization in diet and nutrition. After a brief career in diet and nutrition consultancy with reputed hospital and clinic in Mumbai she realized the emerging opportunities in the Beauty and Wellness industry.

She completed her diploma in business management and entered in Salon business in partnership with India’s biggest beauty brand LAKME. She pursued her quest for technical knowledge by pursing the world’s highest qualification in Beauty Therapy namely CIDESCO diploma and CIBTAC certified Assessor and IQA from VTCT (UK).

Year 2013, she was appointed as India’s Beauty skill expert by NSDC and represented India in WorldSkills 2013 held in Germany –Liepzig, 2015 Sao Paulo Brazil,2017 – Abu Dhabi UAE and 2019- Kazan Russia. She was responsible for mentoring Indian candidate to go on to win Medal and Medallion of Excellence since 2015.
