- National Backward Classes Financial Development Corporation (NBCFDC)
- National Safai Karamchari Financial Development Corporation (NSKFDC)
- National Scheduled Castes Financial Development Corporation (NSCFDC)
- National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM)
- Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojna (DDU-GKY)
- State Skill Development Missions have their own skilling schemes that are covered under state skilling budget.
