Role of Assessor
Assessors are stakeholders who are directly involved in evaluating candidates on various parameters defined in a standard rubric for QP/ NOS assessment. Assessors are required to perform the act of evaluation for all assessments that are not scored by system intelligence. They must undergo a Training of Assessor (ToA) program that aligns them with the assessment requirements in the short-term skill ecosystem.
